Returns Process

Refund Requirements

We require additional funds for reissuing in these scenarios:

  • Incorrect Address: If an incorrect customer address results in unsuccessful delivery.
  • Unreachable Customer: If we are unable to contact the customer, leading to unsuccessful delivery.
  • Incorrect Recipient Information: If the recipient’s name is incorrect or the recipient does not exist.

Non-Refundable Situations

Once shipped, we cannot refund or cancel orders for the following reasons:

  • Customer Cancellation: The customer cancels the order after shipping.
  • No Longer Needed: The customer decides they no longer need the product.

Damaged Orders

To request a refund or replacement for damaged orders, please provide photos or videos as proof. If the damage is our responsibility, we will resend the item at no cost or issue a refund.

Returns Policy
